Safety is our number one priority for all our guests and staff attending the Exhibit. To ensure your safety, and based on the guidelines from the CDC and local health departments and government agencies, we have implemented enhanced safety measures including:
Visitors entering the exhibit must show proof they have received at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine. Provide proof of vaccination (CDC Vaccination Card, NYS Excelsior Pass, NYC Vaccination Record, or NYC COVID Safe App on Android or iOS) AND photo ID at the exhibit entrance.
Reduced Capacity: we time all entries and limit capacity in our art space to ensure at least 6-feet distancing between individuals and/or groups from the same household.
Mandatory mask wearing/face covering is required and enforced for all staff and visitors over the age of three who are not fully vaccinated for the entire duration of their visit.
A non-contact infrared thermometer will be used to check visitor’s temperature prior to entry. Visitors with temperatures above 100.4°F (38°C) will not be admitted. We will work with you to reschedule your visit.
Ticket holders who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or think that they have been exposed to COVID-19 should email firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange tickets. Tickets can be exchanged one time up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
In order to provide contactless check-ins, we recommend visitors purchase tickets online prior to their arrival.
Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the space. Free bottled hand sanitizers will be provided at the exhibit entrance.
Professional cleaning and sanitizing will take place prior to each daily opening. Hourly cleaning and sanitizing of the space will be performed by team members.
All our staff members are provided with and are wearing the necessary PPE as well as receiving daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.
We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 situations daily and adjust our safety measures accordingly.
