Health & Safety
Safety is our number one priority for all our guests and staff attending the Exhibit. To ensure your safety, and based on the guidelines from the CDC and local health departments and government agencies, we have implemented enhanced safety measures including:

01
Reduced Capacity: we time all entries and limit capacity in our art space to ensure at least 6-feet distancing between individuals and/or groups from the same household. Mask wearing/face coverings are recommended for visitors over the age of three and enforced for all staff.

02
Ticket holders who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or think that they have been exposed to COVID-19 should email info@happygoluckyexhibit.com to exchange tickets. Tickets can be exchanged one time up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

03
In order to provide contactless check-ins, we recommend visitors purchase tickets online prior to their arrival.

04
Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the space. We will have hand sanitizing stations before entering the exhibit and at the exit.

05
Professional cleaning and sanitizing will take place prior to each daily opening. Hourly cleaning and sanitizing of the space will be performed by team members.

06
All our staff members are provided with and are wearing the necessary PPE as well as receiving daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.

07
We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 situations daily and adjust our safety measures accordingly.
Please Note
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in all public places. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness.
